I also wrote Lose Not A Chance To Waken Love forpersephoneapple, which was great fun to write. It features humour, snark, strangely coloured liqueurs, and chickens.

Author's Notes: Dear persephoneapple, I didn't stick very faithfully to your prompt, but I hope you like this anyway. I tried to incorporate some of the things you said you liked, and I'm not too sure how well it turned out, but hopefully you'll enjoy it. The title is taken from a poem by Charles Dickens. I confess to borrowing Aunt Elizabeth from a P.G. Wodehouse novel, and the marzipan dildo line from The Thick of It. Thank you so much to the mods for being so patient with my horrible flakiness.
